Who we are
Hi! We're Bryan & Laurie. We put all our best Ibiza tips into an app, so French travellers arrive as if they had friends on the island 🌴
We go back to Ibiza whenever we can. After many trips, we've learned to spot fake bargains, find flights at the right time and track down places where French is spoken.
At first we got caught out like everyone else: an overpriced transfer, a restaurant with no prices on the menu, a rental too good to be true. Now we want travellers to arrive one step ahead.
So we organised it all in an app: the phrases that get you out of a tight spot, the right bus, and the places where French is spoken. As if we were travelling with them.

The app
Hotel, taxi, car hire, restaurant: Spanish texts already filled in with the traveller's details, to show full-screen or play out loud.
Say where you are and where you're going: the app compares bus, taxi and walking, with price and time, then guides you step by step.
Choose the day, time and number of people: the request goes out in Spanish on WhatsApp, stating that the guests are French.
Restaurants, activities and services where French is spoken, sorted from nearest to furthest.
Tickets, ID, European Health Insurance Card: encrypted copies, readable even without signal.

Laurie's tipAt the airport, never follow someone offering you a taxi in the arrivals hall: the official taxi rank is just outside, on the right as you exit.
Unofficial drivers approach travellers in the hall and quote a price at the start that changes on arrival.
Our fix · the app shows the official taxi fare and the cheapest bus from the airport.
Copied photos, a slashed price, and a request for a bank transfer outside the platform “to hold the date”.
Our fix · our “Before you leave” guide shows how to check the listing and its tourist registration.
Club tickets sold on the street or on social media, refused at the door.
Our fix · only buy from each club's official ticket office, never on the street.
“Private” rentals with no insurance and no registered skipper.

Without speaking the language
The first words our French travellers learn. In Ibiza people speak Spanish and Catalan (Eivissenc), and on road signs the island is called Eivissa. Tap the speaker to hear the pronunciation.

The address book is in the app from the Complice plan, with the places closest to the accommodation. When a partner pays us or offers our customers a perk, it is clearly stated.

Your data
This site sets no tracking cookies. The app is password-protected, holds only what's needed for the stay and is hosted in the European Union.

A web app in French that installs on your phone's home screen (iPhone or Android), without going through the App Store or Google Play. It holds the Spanish phrases, buses, our addresses, the itinerary, the document wallet and the chat with us depending on the plan. The essentials work offline.
Only the plan: access to the app and, depending on the plan, our help preparing the stay. Flights, accommodation, meals and activities are not included: they're paid directly to airlines and providers.
Preparation (itinerary, checklist, useful phrases, wallet) is open from purchase. On-site tools (bus, translator, find a place, address book) open the day before arrival and stay open until the day after departure. Access closes automatically 6 days after you return. A plan covers a stay of up to 15 days; beyond that, it's €3 per extra day. Dates cannot be changed after purchase.
Each traveller has their own access. The plan includes 2 people: after purchase, you invite your travel companion by email from “Mon compte”, and they create their access in a minute. More of you? €15 per extra person, chosen at purchase. Each access is personal and opens on one phone at a time.
Because we're not a travel agency: we don't sell any travel services and take no money for bookings. It's also a safeguard: by booking directly, you're protected by the provider's terms.
Choose your plan, enter your dates and email, then pay by card on Stripe's secure page. As soon as payment is confirmed, you choose your password (the link appears on screen and also arrives by email) and you can access your plan. We never see your bank details.
No. The app speaks for you: ready-made phrases, a translator, a message for the bus driver and booking requests in Spanish stating that the guests are French. Note that the app itself is in French.
To use the app as soon as you pay, you request immediate access and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal at purchase. Everything is explained in our terms of sale (in French, which is the binding version), and the request is made online on the Rétractation page.
